Return Policy

This Return Policy governs the return of any attire/lehenga/accessory ordered by you, as the user of the ‘www.lehengagali.com’ web portal (“Site”). Any reference to “you” or “User” in this Return Policy refers to you, the User of the Site, ordering and renting the attire/lehengas/accessories displayed by Lehenga Gali (“we” or “our”) solely for your personal use and/or accessing and using the Site (“Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions available at (“Terms and Conditions”).

1. Return Procedure:

– Customers must return rented attire/lehengas/accessories by the day following the end of the rental period. For instance, if an item was rented for 3 days, it should be returned on the 4th day. You agree to return the rented attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) in satisfactory condition within the time period you have booked from the date of delivery (“Return Date”) as specified in the Terms and Conditions.”
– Failure to return the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) by the specified date will result in a late fee of Rs. 25% of the 3-day rent of the outfit per day and same would be followed for accessory.
– The attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) must be returned in the same packaging as delivered and sealed properly.
– The return should be made to the designated person authorized by Lehenga Gali.

2. Damage and Liability:

– You are solely responsible for returning the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) in the same condition (excluding normal wear and tear) as it was delivered to you.
– Any substantial damage or major loss to the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) caused by you will result in additional charges as determined by Lehenga Gali.
– The decision made by Lehenga Gali regarding damage assessment is final and binding.
– Lehenga Gali reserves the right to retain the Security Deposit until all late fees and damages are settled.

3. Refundable Security Deposit Policy:

– A security deposit is required at the time of pick-up and will be returned after a thorough quality check and necessary clearances.
– If the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) is damaged or stained, the security deposit will be deducted accordingly.
– Cash deposits will be refunded immediately upon returning the outfit after quality check.
– Online bank transfers will take 15 to 30 working days for refund processing after receiving the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) and completing the quality check.
– In case of permanent damage, the security deposit will be forfeited.

4. Dispute Resolution:

– Any dispute regarding the return of the attire/lehenga(s)/accessory(s) or terms of this Return Policy will be governed by this Return Policy and the laws of India, with courts of Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.

By renting from Lehenga Gali, you agree to abide by this Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions outlined by the Site.
