Delivery and Shipping of Products
All deliveries will be handled by Lehenga Gali or our designated shipping partners, which may change at our discretion. The shipping method will be determined by Lehenga Gali. All products sent to you will be thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and delivered ready to wear. Despite our rigorous cleaning and inspection processes, the use of our products is at your own risk, and Lehenga Gali shall not be liable for any health-related issues associated with our products.
Lehenga Gali will deliver the products ordered by a user, including the specified size, color, and design, on or before the agreed delivery date. We will provide information on the estimated delivery and arrival times of our subscription or membership products through the site, app, or other communication methods.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, Lehenga Gali will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer the option to order a replacement product. For products purchased under the sale segment of the site/app, the delivery time is 30 days. If Lehenga Gali can deliver the products before 30 days, we will inform you of the estimated delivery day via SMS, email, or other communication methods.
If Lehenga Gali is unable to deliver a confirmed order and you have paid using a credit/debit card, the amount paid will be refunded to your card account within a reasonable time. No refunds will be applicable for orders made under the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
